About

A builder who embeds, ships, and hands over the keys.

I'm Jordan Foster. I work as a fractional AI operator for owner-led businesses: I come in, find where time and money are leaking, build the automations that fix it, and make sure your team owns the result.

The approach

An operator who owns the outcome.

01

Not a slide deck

The deliverable is a working automation your team uses, not a strategy document that sits in a folder.

02

Not tool-first

The problem picks the tool. Sometimes it's an AI agent, sometimes a Zapier step, sometimes a better form.

03

Process before automation

First I map what actually happens, including the workarounds and side spreadsheets, then I decide what's worth building.

04

Handoff is the finish line

Done means your team can run it, adjust it and explain it without me.

Background

Engineer first, operator by habit.

I've spent about a decade as a full-stack software engineer focused on React and UI/UX, building for brands and agencies, including e-commerce work at New Balance and time at Drive Social Media. Since 2016 I've also run Foster Media, my own studio for websites and digital projects.

Today most of my energy goes into AI: automation platforms, AI agents built on models from OpenAI, xAI and others, and the plumbing that connects them to the tools a small business already runs on. BotsAndOps is how I bring that to teams who need an internal AI transformation hire but aren't ready to hire one full-time.
